Be thankful for every bruise, every break and every shinner you receive at the mercy of your skateboard.
Expect it. Relish it.
Be thankful as it sets you apart from the masses, those who rarely experience anything that snaps them from the drudgery of modern life’s monotony, beyond stubbing a toe, or cutting their finger open.
Be proud that you can take it on the chin, and come back fighting for more.
Be happy you have the drive to get back up and try again.
Enjoy the frustration of learning something new.
